Ingram Micro Lifecycle are thrilled to share that Ingram Micro has once again realized a significant milestone – we have earned a top score of 95 out of 100 in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). This marks the seventh consecutive year we have received this recognition and is a great achievement under their new guidelines.
The CEI is a leading benchmarking survey that evaluates corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:
- Non-discrimination policies across business entities
- Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
- Supporting an inclusive culture
- Corporate social responsibility
Our score reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment for all associates. It's clear that the steps we’ve taken to strengthen and promote these values within the organization are making a real impact.
While celebrating this success, we recognize there’s more work ahead. The CEI serves as an evolving tool, a blueprint for companies to demonstrate their support for LGBTQ+ employees and their families.
