Ingram Micro Lifecycle were able to match the customer’s ambition and were positioned to be a third-party processing and fulfilment partner for growth. Ingram provide end-of-lease returns management. This full end-to-end solution covers product screening, grading, and uplift via innovative technical repair processes. These processes enabled a circular economy as the returned products could then be refurbished and re-leased or, where devices were redundant, optimized for the secondary market and value recovery.
Ingram Micro Lifecycle also provided new and refurbished devices to support the growing demand presented by Raylo’s subscriber base.
